Roseville Room Available

I own a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage home in Roseville. There is a small back yard with a patio and about 5x10 yard of grass. I'm looking for a mature adult to replace one of my departing roommates and someone who will look after my property as if it were their own. I'm renting an available middle-sized room with a shared bathroom for $850. My home is furnished, so you'll only need to bring what's necessary for your room. Your rent will include all utilities, cable tv, high-speed internet, reporting alarm system and a renter’s policy to provide liability coverage and protect my interest in the home. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and there's also a washer and dryer available for your use too. If you own a car, I will purchase a permit for you to park on the street in front of the house because each spot in the garage is taken. I'm meeting with strong potential candidates over the next few weeks for an interview and I’m looking to find someone to move in by the first week or two of July if possible.
