Hello, my partner and I are looking for a responsible, working person who is consistent and reliable with their monthly rental rate. I will submit a lease agreement every 3 months. That ensures that we are all on the same page and saves us all from any long commitment on both sides. We are easy going, I work from home, my partner works in down town. We have visitors from friends and family a lot. So please be comfortable with people coming and going. You will have a digital lock on your room door for yo into be the only one to access. We are private and we do not get into anyone’s business. We ask the same. We have a loving dog and a cat. They are people pleasers. All utilities will be included in rent. Also have access to kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer are located in your shared bathroom with one other person and guests. I only ask that you keep bathroom clean at all times for any guests. We are upgrading parts of our home so minor construction take place at times. No smoking inside, patio outside the front door, or backyard is good. Room is with a queen bed., tv, projector screen, bookshelf, and can provide a desk if needed. There is ample street parking. Our neighbor hood is quite and safe. We have security cameras monitoring the outs wide of our home. We are easy going, humble, and understanding , but not our weakness.
