We are both young professionals and college student looking for similar roomies . Our house is equipped with High speed internet , ADT security ,laundry room ,spacious modern kitchen. Quickly accessible to 10 and 60 freeways. House built in 2023 so everything is new .
House is in a gated community with walking trails and pools .

We are just quiet , working people. Most of the time when home just resting from Work , school , gym. So loud noise or not being considerate of others sleep schedule for noise level is the big red flag for us. We are tidy and respectful and looking for the same.
