Hi there! Below we have a few things we're looking for in roommates:
-Looking for female, couple roommate for either of our two rooms posted in Canyon Lake.
-For a 6 month or longer lease. Budget:$800-900
-provided AC and heating, pool, street parking in front of house, backyard, Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, laundry access, shared bathroom, utilities are included.
-grocery store, restaurants, and local gym is within 3 miles.

The room includes access to all common areas including the living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and backyard. We live in a unique gated lake/ golf community that has over 15 parks and beaches that give water access for water activities.
