We are all in our mid-late 20s and are all fairly busy with work. House is pretty quiet through out the day. We occasionally like to bbq and swim during the summer days.
Rent/utilities:
Rent is $900 and due on the first of the month along with utilities from the month prior. Utilities are usually around $100-$180.
Move in fee: First month, last month and $500 deposit.
