1 Bedroom in 4 Bedroom House Available

Looking for a reliable roommate to bring into the house. Previous roommate moved back to Idaho with family. We currently have 1 Firefighter, 1 EMT, and 1 Teacher/Student living in the home. I’m gone on fires pretty frequently throughout the year, and have a 1 y/o Border Collie that needs some friends to watch out for him while I’m away. My other roommates are home on a more regular basis, but with a 4 bedroom house, it’s nice to have all of the rooms filled to keep the rent as low as possible. We’d prefer someone close to us in age, but I’d be willing to consider someone older or younger if you seem to be a good fit. The place is 4/20 friendly and I don’t mind if people have friends or family over every now and again. I know how it goes. We’re all pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. You can have free roam of the house and I even have a home gym that I wouldn’t mind you using, so long as you take care of it.
