Cute Vintage Apartment Seeking the Right Roommate!

I rent a funky, 2bd 1940’s apartment in Downtown Riverside and want to rent out the larger bedroom to someone chill-but-responsible who will appreciate the place’s vintage charm. It’s a single bath, but we do have our own laundry room. There is some extra furniture that I’m slowly getting rid of, but the bedroom is unfurnished. Neighborhood is pretty safe, short walk to Mission Inn and Downtown restaurants/bars. Utilities and internet are included!

As for me, I’m only in town about half the week, spending the rest of my time at my fiancée’s house. I am in my 40’s and like to keep a positive, easy-going and humorous vibe around me. I’d prefer a female roommate but guys are fine as long as you are not macho or into sports. Looking for a roommate who is positive, considerate and generally quiet.

A cat might be okay but the landlord does have a monthly pet charge.
