Looking For Students/ Young Professionals

Hello,
I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease ASAP (currently ends on 8/15 but can be renewed easily). The household is mixed gender with 5 other students/ recent grads, plus 3 cats who are quiet and mostly stay in their rooms. The other tenants are quiet but friendly, and everyone mostly keeps to themselves, so no parties or excessive drinking. The house is a relaxed atmosphere where everyone contributes to chores to keep the place clean and homely. We are looking for other students or recent graduates who will be polite an contribute to keeping everything tidy.
