1 Room For Rent Moreno Valley W/ Private Bathi

We have 1 average size room for rent that can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The room look out to the backyard and will share a private bathroom across the hallway. I always run the AC in summer and heat in winter so utilities are included. We are an older gay couple but extremely active and fun. We work a lot and live active lives. We have multiple cats and 1 dog but the house is clean and your rent will include my cleaning lady cleaning your bathroom every 2 weeks. The room is being redone so the pictures you see are of the room as it is now. You are welcome to come see the room while we are working on it anytime. Paint, screens and baseboards are all being redone. . Bev and I are respectful, clean individuals who are looking for the same. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the home. Kitchen is fully furnished and you are welcome to it. A section of the new refrigerator and pantry will be allotted to you so there's no cross over of what is yours! We are open to couples just talk to me to discuss details. I can also be flexible to move in date between 3-15 and 4/1. A grill is available for your use along with washer & dryer.
