Oak colored hardwood floors. Fresh paint and internet, electric, gas, water and trash included. Quiet peaceful home and neighborhood. You will share a full bathroom with 1 other renter. Beverly and I are very active and occupy the master bedroom. Your bathroom is cleaned every other Friday by my cleaning lady. Paystubs or proof of income required for move in.
