I have two rooms for rent with shared restroom, all utilities are included. access to fully furnished kitchen with shared refrigerator, washer and dryer, secured parking. outdoors fire pit, grill, patio, and a beautiful sunset view of the Ortaga mountains.
one room has a balcony and is a peaceful spot to enjoy the mornings or evenings. The other room has no balcony but windows facing the Ortaga mountains. Neighbors are great and keep to them self's, also very quiet Neiborhood.
Property has Rv or boat parking in back for additional fee.
I am looking for individuals who are clean and respectful to place in my home. I will require first and last month's rent and deposit at signing of rental agreement. Background check and reference are also a requirement.
