Private Room With Separate Private Bathroom

Hello, the property is located in the Shadow Rock community in Jurupa Valley. This location is near hiking trials, a new park, and 10 min away from down town Riverside. My house has 4 rooms and 3 baths (one loft and living room). I am currently renting the spare room downstairs, with it’s own separate bathroom located right outside the room you will be renting. The person who decides to rent will have access to parking, laundry room, and light cooking. The room has a queen bed-frame with no bed. If you have your bed and refrigerator you would like to use that is okay as well. I will provide your own microwave and a TV. No drugs, alcohol, or overnight guests.

About me:
I am a single mother, I live with my two kids and one dog. I work from home, and we are a peaceful and friendly family. Most of the afternoons are spent with the kids in their after school activities. Our rooms will be located upstairs.
