You will have full use of the kitchen and common areas . Guests are allowed as long as they don’t become permanent.

No pets please.

Also we are very clean so please be prepared to keep the common areas clean.

I’m in the master bedroom and I work full-time. 21 y/o. Go at least 5 times a week to the gym, like to road bike and usually when I’m home I try to be able to sit back and relax. Raised in colombia and moved to California 3 years ago. Goal driven and always looking to grow in the personal level.

You will share a bathroom and all common areas with me so please keep in mind cleanliness and safety paramount.
