Room for rent

Room for rent in Alberhill Ranch area, brand new house, 10x12 room, walk on closet, privacy from the rest of the house. If second room gets rented bath will he shared.
Owner occupied house. We have 3 kitties.
Shared kitchen (large gourmet kitchen, great for occasional guests), shared laundry, street parking, upscale area.

Owner may consider renting both rooms to one party.

We just moved in ourselves, and only use half of the house.

We are in our early 50's, quiet, professional, no smoking or drugs. Work a lot and BBQ on the weekend kind of couple.
