Hello! We are a family of 3 with two large gentle giants ( dogs) living in Menifee. :) we have one roommate who lives in a private gen suite…we are renting out one large bedroom with a separate private bathroom for $1,000 per month. You will have WiFi with tv hookup access. Utilities are included in the price. Kitchen and laundry privileges are available too…standard rules: we are looking for one female. NON SMOKER ( not even outside.) must be clean. No pets, no guests ( unless you have one consistent visitor.) reasonable noise volume…we are an easygoing, friendly family. We had a prior roommate who was wonderful! We’re hoping to find someone who is just as awesome! Most importantly, we want you to feel right at home. :) ….rent is available immediately.
