Fully Unfurnished/Furnished Private Room

In Menifee! We have two rooms available. These rooms are upstairs & have a restroom right in between. The restroom will be shared with only 1 other person, but you will have your own sink/cabinet/drawer space. One of the bedrooms is fully furnished with a desk, dresser, king size bed, & a TV. The other bedroom is furnished with a dresser, queen size bed and a TV. Both rooms can be unfurnished if you'd like. WIFI is included. The room will be cleared from what you see in the pictures, only the furniture will stay. You will have access to the laundry room & both living rooms. You will have your own respected space in the kitchen (cabinets plus fridge space) & be free to use the kitchen whenever needed.
This property is about a 30-45 min drive from the MSJC San Jacinto campus, 25-30 min drive from the MSJC Temecula campus and LESS than a 10 min drive from the MSJC Menifee campus. There's a couple of near by parks, 5 min walk to an elementary school, 10-15 min drive from diverse shopping centers & restaurants. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Nice nearby walking/running fenced trail. If we move forward, we will provide a further rules/expectations list, that includes no smoking in the house at all, and no parties.

There are two of us living here, both female in mid-20's. One of us has a toddler. We are both working students who commute about an hour to school (San Marcos & Riverside) & we are looking for 2 roommates, females. Preferably other students but we are open. We request you are both dog & cat friendly as we have both. We are organized & clean & have set chores/laundry-usage schedules. We request a 6-12 month contract, your deposit ($500) will be given back when you move out if none of it will be needed for damages, etc. If it's not possible to pay first months rent + deposit all together, we understand and are willing to be flexible with receiving the deposit (only the deposit) in payments.
