Nice quiet Home

Hello we are renting out 2 rooms in our home it’s myself and my father in a 4 bedroom pool home you will have all access to home except garage washer and dryer at home rooms are unfurnished there will be NO PARTiIES hour welcome to use pool and jacuzzi we are pretty laid back my dad is retired and I work a lot so house is quiet we ask that you are clean as we are clean people as well to be on time with rent and we will divide the utilities no DRAMA guest can come over with us knowing ahead of time as we do not want a bunch of people over it’s not a party pad we don’t drink or do any drugs you can smoke but not inside home outside is ok
