Big Room for Rent

Hello looking for a renter (couples welcome) to take over my portion of the lease at my current apartment you will be living with an individual already. Clean keeps to themselves and does have a dog but is very friendly and does not have access to the rest of the apartment unless owner is there to supervise. The room itself is a master bed room with en suite bath. Full access to the rest of the apartment including the kitchen, pantry, washer dryer, living room and patio.
