Room For Rent

Single person room for rent. New carpet, paint job and blinds. Queen size bed and tv is included. There is no ac or heater. .The room is a lot bigger than the pic but it won’t let me load a video of it. The bathroom is a add on and in the process of being remodel. This is a shared bathroom with one other person. (he’s quiet and clean) utilities and WiFi is covered by me long as you know how to be responsible and turn off everything when you’re asleep or not here. I’m looking for someone who’s quiet and can clean up after themselves. This is for one person. The kitchen is off limits but I do have a toaster oven and a microwave and fridge you share with two other person. :) looking for someone CLEAN and QUIET I can’t stressed that enough. I’m looking for someone to move in by the end of this week latest. So if you’re planning on moving in next month or anything else this is not the pl for you.
