House has new tile, flooring, appliances. We are a couple in our early thirties with a 4 yr old and newborn on the way in 4 more months. Access to kitchen and laundry, shopping schools and parks all within 5 minute walk. Bathroom will be yours private but shared when guests visit. We are fun honest hard working and clean people. friendly and cigarettes allowed outside and we drink socially. We are respectful and very easy goin.
