Roommate In Shared Room

Two bedroom apt. Room is shared. semi furnished. Full size bed and small dresser. Walk in closet and full bathroom (shared). We also have a balcony. Message me for more details I also have more pictures. Utilities not included but average about $20 a month each. There?s decent space in the closet my stuff is just a bit spread out but I can move it over. Must be clean. We have a lease until the end of November but will be renewing for another year. Once we renew the rent goes down to $400. The complex also has a gym, 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. 3 roommates currently (myself - female, two other roommates share the other room they are a couple one is male one is non-binary)
