Peaceful Harmonious Beautiful Murrieta Home

I have a gorgeous four bedroom three bath home in Murrieta, I am renting one bedroom out. The bedroom has a view out the window and it’s very bright and nice, it also has a small walk-in closet. Plenty of room for a large bed and desk. I have a XL twin bed, nightstand and desk if need be. The bathroom is very nice and clean, it is shared but the two other people are my sons and are very busy and not here very much. There is an additional bathroom downstairs that is not used as well, which is nice. We are super polite, fun, respectful people. We we keep the house very clean and well organized and have a wonderful big backyard. I will be installing grow beds so that I can grow my own vegetables. The house is within a few miles to the 15 and 215 freeway on Murrieta Hot Springs Road. We are also close to the backside of the wineries so you can easily access Rancho California Road as well. We have a wonderful small neighborhood where everybody knows each other. We have solar so we keep the house nice and cool. At Christmas our neighborhood runs Christmas lights back and forth to each rooftop which makes for a beautiful view.

We live our lives in a fun passionate way. We care for others and try to live by the golden rule "do unto others as you would have done to you" have many varied interests like traveling camping and personal development. It is me and my older son who is 22 who works. We are very positive and are looking for someone with the same type of energy ideally, mature polite and respectful and that brings even more joy to our home ! We are of the Christian faith. We had Swedish Au Pairs live with us when my kids were younger so we are used to having that extra person which has been fun throughout the years!
