I have a private casita,(separate entrance from house) becoming vacant May15 that I think would be a great option for a professional that commutes (or needs a more permanent alternative to a hotel )... It is very private, and very nice/clean, (non- smoking) ...hardwood flooring; it will be FULLY FURNISHED & ALL INCLUSIVE, (utilities + cable, TV, internet), with a full stainless fridge, queen size Murphy bed, and full on suite bathroom, closet, separate toilet area... has its own laundry access optional, central A/C, parking on street in front of casita.
it is approximately 250 ft². I will be renting it for approx. $1,250/mo., (1 person only), located in quiet, safe, family neighborhood ...close to shopping, restaurants gyms, and bus routes (borders Temecula, close to wineries)
*This is a for single occupancy, (open to couples with additional monthly rent and deposit.) This is a NON-SMOKING property, NO parties, drugs, vaping in or on property, loud music or overnight guests.
