All utilities are included. One mid-sized very friendly female dog in the house. Sorry, no more pets allowed. The house has a big back yard, a hot tub that you can use, and a garage parking spot available with EV outlet (to be used at an added fee if needed). All utilities and internet are included. Cleaning services every other Friday included. I am looking for a woman who is respectful, responsible, clean and organized. Hoping to find someone who will become family!
