You will have use the kitchen, laundry room, refrigerator/pantry space, Shared bathroom and own medicine cabinet. All utilities include in the rent.

Eligible criteria:
- The room is single occupancy only. No couples, No overnight guest's
- No illegal drugs or smoking in or on the property.
- No party
- No pet.
- Must be employed (proof required) and earn at least 3X the room rent per month.
- A background and credit (>680) check will be required upon application.
- Total move-in cost = 2x month rent (first month+deposit)
- 1 year lease
- Rent's insurance required.
