2 Beautiful Rooms For Rent! Utilities Included!

Hello! We have two beautiful rooms for rent in a family fiendly neighboorhood located in Murrieta. All Utilities included! We are near multiple gyms (EOS, Fitness 19, LA Fitness, Metroflex) and tons of sidewalk space if you prefer to run/walk the neighborhood. We are also near multiple shopping centers, and grocey stores and about an 12 minute drive from the promenade mall.

About the Rooms: One room is quite larger than the other, the only downside is it does not come with a closet. If you choose to select that room, I will personally provide you with two decently sized dressers from IKEA as well as a clothes rack. I can assure you it does not take space away from the room. The last roommate had all of those things, and still had space for a small coffee table and a mini couch plus a queen size bed. The second room is standard size and comes with a sliding door closet.

About the Roommates: I live here, along with my friend Samson (Filipino). We're both active duty military. I'm originally from Atlanta, GA, and Samson is from Bronx, NY. We work in Oceanside so we're both gone 5 days a week from 5am - 6pm. On the weekends, aside from cleaing and doing laundry, the house is pretty quiet. We both enjoy working out. I persoanlly go to the gym around 8pm, and Samson normally goes for his run around the neoghborhood during sunset, so we're both pretty active. When we're not working or going to the gym. Samson is usually in his room talking to his girlfriend or in the living room playing his playstation. I'm either at the librbary doing home work, or out with my girlfriend.

What we expect from you: We just want someone that is clean and respectful. We're both pretty laid back. Just give us the common curtesy of letting us know before hand if you plan on having guest over. The house is pretty quiet/relax, and we don't want to mess up the vibe we have going. Again, all we ask is that you clean after yourself and be mindful that everything is being shared, (Kitchen, living room, garage, back yard, laundry room, game room).
