Beautiful room for rent in Murrieta

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I have 3 rooms for rent available in a beautiful home in Murrieta. We are outdoorsy people and we are eco friendly. A little about myself is that I love to cook, do yoga, and trying new things, ’m a nanny and a full time college student. My fiance Shawn is someone who is crafty, loves board games and enjoys a good show and works as a shipping and logistics manager. We have two pets one is our small dog Marley and a pet snake, Shameless.

Important qualities we look for in a roommate is that they are considerate, a good communicator, they are clean and pick up after themselves and someone who is down to earth. If renting a room with us you will have full access to the house, the kitchen, living room, laundry room. We just ask that you are mindful that it is a shared space so we ask that you are considerate of that. The utilities will be split per person and will vary month to month, we anticipate it will be around $50-$80 per month (subject to change). You are able to park right outside the house (street parking) When messaging us please tell us a little bit about yourself so we can get to know you!

The house is located in a friendly neighborhood in Murrieta, a quant, safe, and growing town. The house is very spacious so there will be tons of space in the kitchen. There are two full bathrooms so one would be used for yourself and one other person and the other would be used for yourself and guests.
The closest shopping center is about 1.5 miles away, it is about 0.4 mi walking distance from lake Harveston, the closest hiking spot is 12 miles away, 35 minutes from Palomar 1.4 miles from SJVC Temecula, 4.6 miles from Temecula Valley wine country, near many medical hospitals and Temecula Valley hospital, and about 45 minutes from CSUSM, 35 minutes away from UCR, and it is about a 40 minute drive to the beach. The town is a great place to live if you want to get away from the city life, but also be close enough to everything.

We REQUIRE a deposit of one month rent, will complete a credit check, run a background check, and we need 3 references.
