Calling All Cat Lovers!

Hello! We are two roommates seeking a third (POSSIBLY a fourth) to apply and move into a beautiful rental home with us. I have 6 indoor adult cats and they are a huge part of my life, so it’s important that whoever joins us has either lived with cats before or currently and actually likes them—someone who understands the importance of closing the door all the way while coming and going, and won’t get annoyed with our furry little overlords and their antics.

The house is a dream mansion at 3000 sqft, 3 car garage, 3 SEPARATE living rooms, a private pool, spa, and gazebo.

Ideally we are hoping to find ONE additional roommate who wants to rent BOTH available rooms for about $1500 total; however if we need to, we are open to finding two additional roommates to rent a single room at $765 each. Both rooms are spacious.

It would be great to have someone who also becomes a friend and wants to watch true crime on the couch, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that’s ok too. The important thing is that you like cats, and pay rent on time—we’ve paid early for 3 years and hope to keep it that way!
