There are two bedrooms, one of which is a main bedroom. The price of the main bedroom is $1500, and all utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, or Wi-Fi) are included, including an air mattress and plenty of shelves in the two glass sliding glass closets in this main bedroom.

In addition, the first bedroom is $1200, which has a glass sliding closet with wooden blinds on the window, an air mattress, and shelves in the closet semi-furniture. The first bedroom has a shared full bathroom. After each use, all renters must clean the bathroom toilet and bathtub/shower.

There is a washing machine & dryer access in the garage. Each room renter must be courteous to the renters when using the washing machine & dryer since the main bedroom with its private bathroom is closer to these units.

The best time to save energy while doing laundry is in the early afternoons and late nights. At this time, the energy demand is at its lowest, and so is the cost per unit. Avoid laundering in the morning between 4 am and 9 am and in the evening from 4 pm to 11 pm.

The kitchen is community access for all, and all must clean up after cooking and using any dishware, pans, or utensils. There is a dishwasher and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser with the refrigerator.

The 2nd bedroom is at the center of the action in this one-of-a-kind place. You have a closet, a sliding door to the patio, two (2) pools, and a tennis court. Our location is near a park in the south-central location of Palm Desert, between Lincoln Elementary and Palm Desert College. This place is in the townhomes of Wedgewood Glen gated homes with security cameras outside. The wind blows very little in this area.
