Housemate in 55+ Community

I am posting to see if anyone is interested in renting out a bedroom in a gated 55+ community called Four Seasons in Palm Springs. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom and closet, with large open kitchen, family, and living rooms in the shared space. Looking for someone who is clean and can be respectful of the home. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking allowed. There is currently a bed in the room, but everything else in there would need to be furnished (can remove the bed if you have your own also).
