Available in April, a large downstairs private and furnished bedroom with semi-private bathroom. Room has recently been painted and is ready to go. Smart TV will be mounted before move-in, and for a goodnight's sleep there is a comfy California King Casper mattress with super soft bedding.

The home is located in an upscale, safe neighborhood that's very close to the mall and ton of restaurants, bars, even a movie theater. Plus there are all brand new, state-of-the-art appliances

This amazing property also features a quiet backyard with a heated saltwater pool/spa surrounded by lush, tropical plants, great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.

No pets please as there are two very sweet and friendly house kitties.

Common areas like living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room are always available and feature new, state-of-the-art appliances. You can expect a clean and organized shared living space.

The (your) bathroom is somewhat private, while not attached to the available room, it is directly across from it.

This room comes with a driveway space for easy, free parking. And for visitors, there is abundant street parking.

All utilities are included, however the pool/spa will cost extra because gas is so expensive. You will get 1 free spa credit a month (2 hours free), after that we can hammer out the cost, but usually it's an extra $5 - $10 per hour.
