hello! I’m looking for a roommate to rent the unfurnished master bedroom in my 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment behind Old Town Temecula. The master bedroom has a private bathroom attached and a nice sized walk-in closet. You will have access to the in-unit stacked washer/dryer and share the living room and kitchen space as well. The complex has a beautiful pool/hot tub area with cabanas and outdoor gas grills next to it. There is also access to the complex’s internet café and a fitness center. Rent for the room available is $1100 monthly with a $300 dollar deposit. Wifi is included, but we will split the cost of electric. Please be cat friendly and an ally for LGBTQIA, POC, and disabled people.
