I’m subleasing my private room and bathroom. I have another Roomate and she has her own private room and bathroom. Common spaces will be yours too and the apartment is already furnished. Must be a student at any school. The apartment is right by UCR but not associated with campus housing. If you’re interested we can set up a time you can see the apartment and we can move forward!
