Beautiful family friendly room in Winchester

I have a fully furnished room with its own private bathroom and a large tv. The room is located in the front of the house. Included with rent are the utilities, wifi, access to the living room, kitchen and laundry room. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and ok with kids. I also have pets. We are a busy family always coming and going during the week. Weekends are busy with games and errands.
