there is a room available for rent starting June 1st, and the other 2 rooms available starting July 1st. $850 due on the first of the month with all utilities included. The rooms are already furnished with a bed. This is a house great for a working and quiet professional. It is a quiet and calm home environment. Great for someone who does their own thing, or works a lot.

Requirements for renting out the room:
First month rent, and $400 deposit.
At least 3 month lease, month to month after
No smoking of any kind in the house or near the house, no drugs, no pets, no subleasing, only one person per room.
