I like to cook and bake, and I am involved in an avid 3d Printing hobby. Occasional night out is a treat. You will pay rent and it is half. Your apartment to do with what you want as long as it does not have conflict. If so, we can work it out. I am very, very, flexible, and want my roommate happy. $40 application fee and takes about a few weeks or less, for 12 Month Lease. I have already done deposit covered. Pets need $250 deposit and $25 monthly charge from apartments. Maximum income restrictions for household. Might mean a new rent price on new lease, but should be no more than the $675 which includes all utilities and 1GB Internet.
