Room for rent

I need a roommate ASAP by ——June 1st 2024, the—- room is avail to share beautiful Ardendale apartment home with me. Move in any time. It’s $900 for private room which includes utilities, Wi-Fi and rented gate clicker. It is on a month to month agreement for room.
Private Room has big mirrored closet. You will share main bath and kitchen also with me. I need at least 30 days notice to find someone else if you move out. No parties or overnight guests allowed.
It is expensive to live here but very safe, gated community, more like family. We have many fountains and walkways. Lovely flowers and trees.
3 wash rooms and 3 swimming pools. A gym to work out in.
Safeway and country club mall are near by. So is Target, and a Walmart neighborhood market.
Living here is a dream.
This is also a Christian home. No smoking as I have asthma so if you do please do outside!
No pets or children please. No drugs or drinking allowed.
