Room for Rent Next to Sac State

I have one bedroom available in a two and 1 apartment starting 4/1/23. Utilities are SMUD, which averages $120/month, which we would split.

I'm a current Sac State Student working on my teaching credential. I'm looking for a quiet, clean, respectful student or professional.

The apartment complex is enclosed, meaning no apartment door faces the street or parking lots. It is very well maintained both in the entrances and the outside grounds. We have a pool, office/club, gated parking, game area, BBQ/lounge area, fire pit, and basketball court. The neighbors and administrative staff are very polite, respectful, and helpful. There is a designated mailroom for packages and you can have UPS/FedEx/Amazon deliver to your door.

The complex is within walking/biking distance to the University. You can walk across the Guy West bridge to get to the University Union and stop at Starbucks, Chando's, Panda Express, or one of the other eateries before class.
