Room for Rent Next to Sacramento State University

Hello,

I'm a current Sac State Student working on my Master's Degree, looking for a quiet, clean, respectful student or working professional as a roommate.

I have one bedroom available in a two and 1 apartment starting 5/1/24. Utilities are SMUD (electric), which averages $60/month, which we would split. Trash disposal is $75/month, which we would split as well.

The apartment complex is enclosed, meaning no apartment door faces the street or parking lots. The space is very well maintained both in the entrances and the outside grounds. We have a pool, office club, gated parking, game area, BBQ and lounge area, warm nightly fire pit, and basketball court. We are right next to the bike trail if you are a cyclist, runner/jogger.

The neighbors and administrative staff are very polite, respectful, and helpful. There is a designated mailroom for packages and you can have UPS/FedEx/Amazon deliver to our door.

The complex is within walking/biking distance to the University. You can walk across the Guy West bridge to get to the University Union and stop at Starbucks, Chando's Tacos, Pizza Hut, Panda Express, or one of the other eateries before class. We're also close to the Arden Mall and Costco for shopping convenience.

It's a great place to live, especially for a student or professional.
