Looking for a renter for the spare room in my apartment! The full apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, and a lovely balcony. The complex has two pools, a gym, and an on-site laundry room. The available room currently has a bookshelf, a bed, a small couch and a closet. Any or all of the furniture can be used, or stored, so if you have your own furniture, we can move the furniture out.
