Bedroom is 10' x 9' w/ 9'ceilings; 5' x 4' closet. A sleigh daybed w/ trundle plus a futon is provided. Plenty of room in the secured yard with an outdoor kitchen, the home has all the amenities. We are looking for a roommate that will be flexible with others, our dogs & everyone is on a different schedule. We love entertaining but have sustained through out the pandemic. We are very aware of sanitization of common areas. This is a home not a flop house. Smoking is allowed outside of the house. We have enough pets on the premises therefore, we have a no pets policy. room is priced for single occupancy; 125$ for additional person, plenty of street parking. 25$ key deposit, renters insurance required
