My home is on a GREENBACK LANE AND ARCADIA DRIVE in Citrus Heights.

I am a senior male 57, very clean, friendly, respectful. I have a brand new home 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2233 sq. ft. It is very nicely decorated. It is a lovely home in quiet neighborhood. There is a Shopping Center call " CITRUS TOWN CENTER". It is 10 minutes WALK. There is a BUS STOP. It is 10 minutes walk from home. It is a very convenient for seniors. Right next to my home there is a walking trail.

No Pet. No guns, no drugs, No Alcohol, No Cigarettes Smoking inside the house, Cigarettes Smoking outside is OK. I am very friendly, enjoy others company. I enjoy people around me. We will live like a friends and family. I keep my home clean and nicely decorated. Rental agreement is on a month to month basis. If it works out we can have a long term lease.
