New Rooms for Rent

This building is newly built. It’s an additional unit to the main house. Main house is rented out and occupants will not be part of the new house. There are many entrances.

Comfort for every guest is a priority. Respect for one another is a must. Bathroom is shared by two people, it’s therefore each guest’s responsibility to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom. There’s a smart TV in every room, a queen bed, mattress, an inbuilt closet and a bedside cabinet. An equipped kitchen is shared. Large modern fridge is shared. Noise levels are kept low please. This is in respect to people’s schedules of day and night or for those just trying to relax after a long day.
There’s a total of 4 Rooms. No smoking or vaping of any kind in this property. Large parking spaces at the back of the house.
A feel of a countryside within the city of CITRUS HEIGHTS. Walking distance to the Mall, Safeway, and Mercy San Juan Hospital.
