Looking for female roommate to take up extra room in my 2 bed 2 bath condo. Located off the Auburn-Riverside exit in Citrus Heights, which puts you close to everything. Rent is $950 plus utilities (about $1000-$1050) with the utilities, room will come unfurnished. A little bit about myself I’m 31 and work from home, I also have 3 kitties, that keep to themselves but unfortunately this means that I can’t have any additional pets within the home. Unit comes with in unit laundry so no going off site! I love to keep a peaceful and chill environment and I’m looking for someone who wants the same! Asking for 500$ deposit plus first months rent $1450 to move in, rent is due on the first each month and utilities due around the 15th. Deposit can be given in payments. Serious inquiries only please.
