Average size room for rent!

My boyfriend (33) and I (25) have a room up for rent at our house that will be available in June. Our house is very spacious and we did make a living space that there are two living rooms, so you can have personal space and unless we have guests over, you basically have your own bathroom. We do have one dog. She is a pitbull that is 3 years. She is very energetic, good with people, but needs time and lots of care and attention to get along with other pets. We do not ask for much. Just clean after yourself and communicate with us about anything that concerns you or if something happens. For a single person, the rent is 850. If you are a couple, the rent is 950. The only bill to be split is the electric bill. Please message me if you have any questions.
