One Room for Rent in Elk Grove

I am a single female looking to rent out one bedroom with a private patio in my house. Individual will have access to living room/kitchen/bathroom and street parking. My house is on a quiet street. There’s plenty of parking right next to the house. I stay upstairs mainly so whoever is renting my room will have access to majority of the house downstairs. I typically do not use the restroom downstairs unless I have guests over which is not very often. I’m very quiet and work a lot. I’m very clean and like to keep the house looking nice, so am looking for a roommate that will respect that. I typically do not cook so I do not have many dishes. If you cook, I just ask that you please clean up after yourself.
While I love pets, I do not have any so would prefer a roommate without a pet
Utilities are not included in the price except for wifi. WiFi is included. Everything else will be split 50/50
