Room in quiet Elk Grove Neighborhood

I live with my boyfriend in his house and we have an available room and bathroom for rent within the house, situated in a peaceful neighborhood of Elk Grove. The room and bathroom are conveniently located adjacent to each other, offering privacy and convenience. The backyard is not usable at the moment (except just as open space). I have a pet bird, and she stays in her cage. No other pets will be allowed unless they are in a cage as well, and won’t harm my bird. We are currently in the process of making gradual renovations to enhance the living space. Also the deposit is actually last month’s rent and is not refundable!
