Room for rent

Room for rent. I posted these pictures so you can see what the room looks like furnished with a queen. Is empty now. No drugs, no alcoholics. Must be willing to pick up after yourself. Utilities are split. Deposit required upon moving and fully refundable upon move out depending on the condition of the room (holes, damages, etc).
