The gentlemen who live here, dont seem to use kitchen very much, and are very private, work focused.

This is a no drama, non smoking, no intoxication home for professionals.
The kitchen you will find easily available when you need it. Annie keeps kitchen supplied with soaps and paper towels, and the garbage/ recycling is taken out for you.
The home is two-story and has good HVAC. Simple pool out back, mostly for summer use. Sorry, not taking any pets.
Annie works and has upstairs room. The home is well organized for busy working singles, this is very private housing! The location is very convenient for it is only 15 miles to Folsom, 15 miles to Roseville, and 20 miles to downtown Sacramento.
Tenants have stayed many months, and find this residential home a great situation. It is a quiet "respite" from the rapidly developing Sacramento metropolis!
