Bedroom in 3 bedroom duplex with own bathroom

Hello, I am looking for a roommate
July, 1st 2024. Only bill not included will be power that we’ll split 50/50. Internet, water, sewage, trash, gas all included. Private bathroom with stand up shower. I have two kids under 10 who share the back bedroom, 50/50 custody so they aren’t here full time, only spend the nights on Friday and Saturday. I have a small dog 5 lbs, a Pekingese good dog doesn’t bark inside unless there’s someone outside he gets along with other dogs. The backyard is big, garage with some storage, street parking/gravel parking in driveway available since I have to charge my car in the driveway. Good location ina pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Some storage room in garage. Thanks
