1 Bedroom Room For Rent

I have a one-bedroom for rent, the outlet's across the street, close to the freeway, Lightrail, shopping center, schools. park. Bike Trails. Looking for someone responsible and clean. No Pet's but must be ok with pets as I have a 3 yr Doberman, who's super friendly. Currently, no furniture in the living room, Have access to the whole house, except the garage. unless you're doing laundery. Internet is included, I work 4/10's so I'm home three days out of the week. Home mostly, I stick to myself, quiet. New rug in the room and painted walls. Must be able to provide a referral and credit report of 650 or higher.
